Our CEO brings more than ten years of progressive leadership experience overseeing affordable housing compliance across California and multi-state portfolios, supporting thousands of affordable housing units governed by federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Throughout this experience, our leadership has worked closely with ownership groups, executive leadership teams, asset managers, developers, regulatory agencies, and onsite staff to ensure compliance throughout every stage of a property’s lifecycle.
Rather than simply advising from the outside, our CEO has spent years working within the industry, building compliance operations from the ground up and developing practical solutions that produce measurable results. This includes establishing an entire corporate Compliance Department, authoring and implementing more than fifty compliance policies and procedures, creating company-wide compliance training programs, leading regulatory audits and agency responses, conducting comprehensive file audits, overseeing acquisition due diligence, monitoring portfolio-wide compliance performance, and providing operational support to communities requiring corrective action. This depth of experience allows Knopf Compliance Group to deliver recommendations that are not only technically sound but practical, efficient, and tailored to the day-to-day realities of affordable housing operations.
